Tyre Pressures/Oil question

What are the recommended pressures for the T350 on normal road use?

I read the manual but for some reason it thinks i have 16" wheels!

Also on checking the oil do you need to get it up to 90C or will 60C do? it says "operating temprature" in the manual so i'm guessing 90. Should leave my finger tips stuck nicely onto the cap Aspestos gloves anyone?
