Picked up my Tamora on Saturday and haven't stopped grinning. This car makes you feel so good, I am getting more looks than when I got my Elise (an early S2). Great to see my first fellow TVR owner as well. First 250 miles already done. Gotta get the first 1000 in.

Isn't reflex green amazing, sometime green, sometimes blue, sometimes a hint of purple - but this morning at 7am with the low early morning sun it was pure purple !

A few minor things some of which I resolved with help from here (roof rubbers, 10mm spacers on the boot, replaced rear no plate fixing screws with proper nuts & bolts). Who designed the glove box ? Open/close mechanism failed within 5 minutes ! I have put velcro on as a temporary solution but if the replacement is no better I might stay with it, after all Velcro does work.

Amusing bit: after getting home I noticed the rear no plate was dfferent to the front ! (one letter was wrong) time to find some gatsos :-)

It's good to be aboard.

regards

Steven

Glad you are enjoying the car Steve, Can't agree with you more on the colour. Any pics of the car yet, what interior did you go for. What area are you from?

Welcome to the grinning idiots club

Only just up in Marlow eh? Does this mean I might finally get to see another one outside of a showroom

And thanks for the tip - had my glovebox "mended" 3 times so far but never even thought of velcro (doh).
