Sign me up as an interested party. I'm in the USA.

Wish the factory would get behind the effort, though...

Can you make them USA compliant or do we need to wait for the factory?

Have a look at www.tvrfreak.com

The guy who runs this site has imported a Cerbera to the US and maybe he could tell you how to do it.

Seems that if Ginetta, Morgan et al can do it, all we need is factory support to get a T350 into the USA.

I'd order one if I knew it was legal in the USA and factory endorsed...

I just went through that (trying to import to USA). After living here 10 years, I going back to the USA. I just sold my lovely Chim because I could not take it back with me. I called an importer in California who specializes in importing cars for people like me, and he told me that TVRs were definately out.

The problem is not emmisions like most people think.. it's that TVR has never done any kind of crash testing... anywhere. I would have to have done that myself.. which to say is out of the question.

I could however take my car over for a year, at which point I would have to ship it back over to the UK. That really wouldn't cost too much... less that a thousand dollars each way to ship it, plus about 300 dollars import fee. I was almost tempted.....

TVR is too big relative to Noble et al.

They have got to do it right. Is it really true new TVR's have never been crash tested?
