T350c 1000 mile service....smokin!!

Hi all,
being completly non-mechanical and quite useless with things like engines, I was wondering if one of you lovely poeple could assist. Just had my 1000 miler....picked her up and she runs like a dream...only slight worry is that I have noticed some smoke coming out from under the bonnet...only now and then mind you and only when I stop...I thought this was probably a little oil on the hot bits or whatever....but I couldn't see any when I opened the lid.......any Ideas?

Exhaust manifold gasket leaking? Small oil leak onto a hot component. Get it back to your dealer ASAP.

Is it a puff of oily smoke? I had this on my Tam and it was oil coming from the rocker cover. I tightened up the bolts and its now fine. It too started happening after the 1000m service. Who's your dealer?

If you look at the top of the rocker cover, the bit that goes under the main cab my oil was leaking from arround one of the hex bolts and dripping on the hot bits causing the smoke. Three of them were loose even though I had pointed out to my dealer that smoke was comming from the engine when hot. I dont think they bothered to check.

Not the same dealer so you should be OK I hope.
