T350T or Convertable - What would you buy ?
Discussion
I currently have a Tuscan and previously owned a Griff.
The Tuscan manages to satisfy my top down requirements but having seen the preliminary pics of the targa top T350 that wouldn't do it.
Now a convertable T350 (re-bodied Tamora)... where's my cheque book.

Back on topic...
I think the Tamora could do with a bit of a facelift, but TVR seem determined to stick with it.
I had a few reasons for swapping to the T350C. Firstly it was the way it looked, secondly the handling and the finally the protection and safetly of the full rollcage. I just dont trust convertibles anymore.
All IMO, of course... but I do think a T350 shaped convertible would sell absolute bucket loads...

The problem?!? TVR could find themselves with is having too many dogs-bollocks designs.
The Tamora, imho, could do with some simplfying of the front end details- remove the passenger side vent, and one of the bonnet slashes, vertically line up the headlights and two lower light pods, which divert from the fundamental shape, which is toptastic.
The T350, having grown on me, does not need any adjustments.
As i said, TVR could find themselves with too many designs.

Whats BNG mate?
It's a Ladyboy beauty pageant!!
Sod off and go listen to LadyBoyz
It's the Big Northern Gathering that Gemini has organised, see the PH6 threads in events...
Nothing whatsoever to do with Ladyboys, Spearmint Rhinos or any other such shenanigans down in London. However Gemini may be open to suggestions re Lap Dancers (vaguely trying to get back on to the topless theme)
Oh yes and once again, mines a convertable T350 if they ever do one....

ps, sorry to divert from the theme..

Oh, I don't know about the safety aspect, flasher
But I agree, a T350 convertible, lip smackingly good! Haven't we done this before?
When I was chatting to Peter Wheeler at Silverstone two weekends ago I asked him about the Future of the Tamora.
He said many people (I presume he ment customers) had been on at him to graft the T350 front and rear onto a Tamora to create a T350 convertible. But he was adamant this was not going to happen. The Tamora is the convertible and the T350 is the coupe / Targa.
He then went on to say that the shape of the T350 body would not allow them to cut the roof off and make it a full convertible. If they could take the roof off why would they be mucking around with the T350T.
He assured me that the Tamora is here to stay.
BUT, then again things at TVR change quicker than the wind so I'm not saying it will never happen............
Edited to say, I'd love a T350 convertible too.
