Vibration

Hoping someone may be able to shed some light on this problem for me.

At about 85mph+ the drivers door starts vibrating and shaking like crazy. The dealer has just rebalanced all 4 wheels but it's not cured it. Anyone suggest what it could be?

The passenger door stays solid, the steering wheel has no vibrations/shaking etc just the drivers door.

Any help much appreciated.

Are you sure its not just the window glass/mechanism rattling in the door. Mine does it and is yet to be cured. In fact I kind of ignore it now as I have got so used to it.
