Ocean hazey T350C, on road from Great Horwood to Winslow yesterday.

You might have wondered why this Passat towing an SR3 flashed at you, though!

I saw you put but yeah was surprised at a flash from a Passat. Saw the Radical on the trailer as you went by and it made more sense.

Guess you were on your way back from Folembray, but I was racing at Silverstone at the weekend and know the Radicals were there too.

Yep - came back from Folembray the previous evening, and was just taking the car up to Radical for regular service items plus a couple of minor 'new car' niggles to be sorted. Folembray was really good fun, lots of good people, steady queue wanting passenger rides which I hope they all enjoyed, a bit sticky on the noise front in the morning but we got through it. Third outing to get used to the car and it didn't disappoint basically

How did you do at Silverstone? Good to know there's more TVR owners in the area (other half has a Chimaera and we're in East Claydon) - should have a beer sometime!

Good grief, they're getting as common as muck round here ... I'm just down the road in Milton Keynes. I popped over to the TVRCC meeting at Northampton last week and was surprised how many were there considering how rarely I see another TVR on the road.

Tin top racing in equally (relatively underpowered)cars usually equals lots of panel damage. Finished at Silverstone with obligatory missing door mirror and broken headlight. In addtion the front offside alloy had "broken" in a little shunting and the tyre was shredded. Par for the course I guess.

I sold a car not too long ago to Nick Dove in Bicester and he's a Radical nut. He was trying to get me into one, but I know if I drove one I'd want one.

What are the TVR meets like round MK, not really into oily bits and treasure hunts that much.
