Seats - Black or Body Colour?

Don't want to turn into a nerd (probably a bit late) but have noticed that some seat backs on the T350C are body coloured and some black. Has anyone got any info? Can they be specced?

my car was black so i didnt bother, but have seen some that were colour coded and it looked good.

i guess it depends on whether you are going to put stuff in the boot which could strach them, and on how many interior trim colours (leather / vinyl / lamonta / carpet ). I would say with a single colour interior then it would look good, but where you have say 2/3 different colours it could potentially look a bit dogs dinner.

Good point - I hadn't thought about them being scratched (oh horror!).

Is it an option - i.e. are they painted at the factory or are owners having it done as an after-fit? You can tell I'm still considering it! Anyone got any spare Armourfend?!

The factory are doing mine £250 in cascade green.

Thanks. Tony at Hexham has now arranged to have mine done at the factory as well - for £150. Cheaper because they are in pearl.

On the Tamora beware if your seats are pushed right back - the folding mechanism for the roof will scratch the seat backs to pieces as you raise it.

I've seen some Tamoras with a strip of velcro (the fluffy side) strategically stuck on the backs of the seats to stop the roof mechanism scratching them. Not sure if this is a dealer mod or they now comwe out of the factory like that?
