F*** my old boots
Discussion
Just had a test drive of a T350 from Castle TVR, what a car. Makes my old Chimaera seem very slow. T350 pulls quite hard to 5000 rpm (not too dissimilar to my Chimaera - Honest) then takes off like a train to 7200!! nothing like anything else I have ever driven.
Get down the dealers and get yourself a test drive!!

I must just be an old lady, but I find the 3.6 engine a bit annoying - I don't "like" driving generally between 5 & 7k revs (mechanical sympathy and all that)and would willingly trade some of that go for some more a bit lower down - not a problem I ever felt with the 4ltr engine in the Cerbera, which was happy to bibble between 2&4k - but you do seem to have to do that to get a decent push out of it.
.....wonder if the factory would be willing to tune for torque rather than ultimate top-end wap

looks relevant in reply to the first post to me ???
Speaking of which, I have always been a fan of tree stump pulling torque in a V8 engine, moving to the Tuscan RR engine, is ok, only revs to 7K required(limiter at 7300rpm) and pretty good torque, hopefully test drive a T350 soon so will be interested to see if really needs to be driven all the time with loads a revs...maybe that's why the rumour is the Tuscan R(racecar) might have a supercharger ?
