Ladies and Gents,

I spent yesterday morning at Peter Smiths (the dealers that I placed my T350 order with at the Motorshow) and finally got to drive their demonstrator - all I can say is FANTASTIC!

Anyway, looking at the newcar they had in the showroom (Grigio Titanio) it looked seriously low, much lower in fact than the Tuscans - probably the front of the Tamora was only thing at a similar height. The demonstrator however didn't look quite as bad out on the forecourt.

Anyway, I've kindly had responses from Benno and Flasher (currently my mentors in all things T350 - thanks guys) about this...

Anyone out their had any experience with speedbumps / multistory car park ramps / ferry on & off ramps?

The T350 looks to have a slighter longer front overhang than the Tamora so may present more of a problem....

City centre parking and road trips abroad concerned!

EVO managed to get a Tamora to Italy for eCOTY-01 so I presume that it got on the Ferry or Eurotunnel without grounding (or maybe they just didn't own up).

I have slightly grounded mine when coming down to steep ramp changes. More so than a Tuscan. speed bumps it is fine on and normal driving is fine.

Speaking to the guys on Sunday I understand Benno hasn't grounded at all and Flasher has just caught the back once .

How much damage was caused? Enough to warrant a touch up or respray? How does the GRP cope with this, is it just scraped or any cracks?

I image having to be very careful when parking up to kerbs either front or back but multistories will be a real pain as roadside parking is generally scarce.

I've not actually managed to find any damage it's just the slightest of scrapes under the front, ie the black stuff not the paint work.

My car is doing ferries and motor rail in June but should be fine. Motor rail normaly causes the biggest problems, but their min ground clearance is 10cm the same as the T350 and all other TVRs
