If anyone's interested, a sports exhaust for the Tamora is now available from ACT. www.actproducts.co.uk

Once on the car, it looks pretty similar to the standard system, although it's stainless steel rather than black, and the tailpipes have been increased in diameter from 60mm to 80mm. It sounds pretty good too.

I believe that the price is £325.00 plus VAT.

Hi Rob
I guess from the pictures that you have already coverted and it looks terrific.
Does this effect warranty?
Does it improve performance and by how much?
Any rattles afterwards due to exhaust being slightly bigger?

Sounds good Rob! You pleased with it? Any problems? Was it easy to fit?

I've just looked at the ACT site and couldn't see the Tamora exhaust listed?

Cheers... Andrew

That sounds very good actually!

Who does the fitting? ACT or a dealer or can it be done at home?

Cheers,
Dylan

As all speed six engines have a two year engine warranty, and no Tamora is yet over 2 years old! It would be advisable to take this into consideration if there was to be any warranty issues with your engine. Resulting in the factory rejecting a warranty claim.

Exhausts & warranties is an interesting issue as you will almost always be told that changing invalidates. I have been told that this is in fact utter nonsense by an exhaust supplier who checked this with a lawyer.

Hope the pipe that is in the middle it's only to hold the two pieces of the exhaust together and not to exchange the gasses from the one side to the other...
Great sound though
Can we get some more from full throttle?

Cheers,
