Anyone gone for Spectraflair Silver????
Discussion
Am currently choosing colours for t350 and am under increasing pressure (delivery in April) to make a colour choice. So round the colour spectrum I went like most others (stopping off at Lambo Orange, the "in" blues, and the classy greens) and ended up back at Spectraflair Silver. All done you might think, but oh no!! as before me lay the "Interior dilemma". And for this I'm stumped because good old black was described as "opressive" by my dealer. And you know he is probably dead right
So if anyone out there has this colour on a t350c (or Tuscan/Cerb/Tamora etc or thinks they have a sure fire winning combo i'd love to hear (or see) it. To make things more interesting lets remove any greys (Nimbus/Portland etc from the equation (it looks great but everyone seems to be going for it)
Thanks in advance

Have a look here for some colour combos. Might be of no use at all though.

I considered Spectraflare Silver for mine, but decided against when i realised that it was an expensive option for something that was basically silver. The colour looked great under the bright lights but i thought that it may not look so good in the real world!
However did consider (on the advice of Daniel) Brilliant Silver (very whitish silver), with an interior of black (ambla & lamonta) with red leather dash top, instrument surround, seat bits, and door panel flashes etc. Dream Machines demo is same spec but with leather instead of black ambla.

The more choice the more headache!!
Been there and done this with my new Cerbera - didn't know whether to go flash (bright blues/spice/chianti)or class(dark blues/silver/titanium/black)
Eventually specced Grigio Titanio ( a Ferrari colour), black seats, dash and door surrounds BUT - and this is the important bit - to stop it feeling dismal, I went for grey lamonta seat inserts, door inserts, roof lining and a grey carpet. I have to say that it looks very classy. Grigio also has a light blue hue to it and looks superb in sunshine. The old adage is light colour outside/dark colour inside and vice versa. Personally I didn't like the red that TVR offered - should offer more of a burgundy if that's your preference. Have a look at how Ferrari or Porsche do things - it will give you some ideas.
Interesting point is that 40% of new Porsches are specced in silver, 30% in blue and 20% in black, rest in grey, green or other .
Will post some piccies when I've worked out how to use my new digi camera.

Hi Luca
great Web site, must have taken quite a time to put that lot together. Nice picture of a young vixen on a Tuscan bonnet, is she available for Tamora session.
Think your Tuscan looks great in reflex green, same colour as my Tamora can I send a few pics for your site? Have also seen a reflex green T350c on a thread in here.
I truly think that Reflex green is one of the best TVR colours IMHO wicked!

Thanks guys, by the way specced black/red interior when I chose the colour but Danielle at the factory gave a thumbs down. Maybe its not the way to go but if anyones at the factory and spots one in this colour please please take a piccy
The exterior colours you guys have gone with/suggest are on my shortlist of alternatives.
At the mo its colours colours colours from morning to night. I've got it so bad I'm driving down the M40/M25 spotting cars with good hues and matching them up to the TVR.
Please keep piccies of the cars coming as they all help.

I was going to go for red/black on my moonraker T350 but was seriously advised against it by the dealer and to some extent the factory.
Although it sounds boring (and i dont especially like greys as a rule) the nicest Tuscan I have ever seen was Silver with a Portland grey interior - Flasher and I both followed it for about 10 miles and both said the same.
Only bit I would advise is that having seen a few t350's in the flash now, is that as they are such a dramatic design they dont neccessarily need the special paint jobs for the wow effect. This is particularly the case if you just have a nice silver (like VW Silver Arrows say) which will look 98% the same but save you £1400.
Money which could instead fund leather seats, a hydratrack diff, CD changer etc

It's black bison with red lamonta/stitching.
Can't think why you're being advised against it?
Cheers..... Andrew

Loads of TVR dealers are still in the classic MG style world re TVRs - I was told that my Chim in slver with black leather interior was an 'unfortunate colour combination' by they guy who owns Fernhursts. I totally disagree. I like black interiors, yes they are dark but I do prefer this to micahel jackson leather jacket style interiors or 70s grey leather.
