T350 production
Discussion
I was at the factory again yesterdday, picking up my Tamora after a service. Apart from one Cerbera, one Tuscan, and 3 Tamoras, everyone on each production line is on T350's. There must be 20 in build at the moment. I guess it's a success, which is great for the company, and great for the future of our beloved TVR!
Incidentally, the factory did a fantastic job servicing my car, including the new handbrake surround,(£150) seat belt covers (FOC) and lots of other bits fettled. Reasonable overall bill as well, if you take off £200+ for alloy bits!

Sorry, Benno, I wasn't expecting to get onto the factory floor, so I didn't take my camera. The most finished car, up on the lift at the end of the line, was a titanium colour. I did see several blue ones, so it would be hard to say which was flasher's. A preponderance of darker colours, as well, although there was a cystal topaz one, which looked quite nice. There were T350's all over the place!!
I might arrange a factory tour at half term (in a week or two, and take my little boy) so that might be a better opprtunity - but you'll have your car by then...

Interesting to note that following on from your thread I spoke to Castle dealers and the factory still have not made them aware of seat belt covers mod. Castle also had problems trying to fix a new handbrake surround so don't offer this as a mod or option, if the factory can fit one for £200 they must have found a relatively cheap way of doing it. Why don't they let there dealers know about it? After all a happy client spends more money if he/she is getting good value? don't they?

Nubbin,
Any chance of a pic of your new handbrake surround?
Bob
