T350 Demonstrators?
Discussion
I spoke to my dealer yesterday and he is still hopeing to get his T350 demo in this week. The dealer cars will be "almost finished" and will apparantly have a perspex rear window although the proper glass heated one has now been sourced and will be fitted to customer cars.
In addition the petrol cap will be flush and opened from the boot. Number plates of the sticky variety may be the favoured option, despite the grey legal area. Sounds will be from two speakers in the boot, with no obvious places to put another pair, and i was told by the factory that tvr are "developing" a multiplay slot (bit of cardboard covered in carpet) for 6 disc pioneer units.
I also had a phone call from tvr on Monday to tell me that my car was in build and has been painted. I am going to the factory on the 9th Jan, anyone else going on that day?

So much for customers getting a car reliable car then. Not much point in getting one of the first as the depreciation after they modify things like windows, doors, mirrors etc over the first six months will be untolerable (I suffered the same problem with the tuscan). Shame as I thought that because it was based on the tamora it wouldnt suffer as much. Imagine launching a car and not having already sourced a rear windscreen.....doH!!
they really do get on my t*ts sometimes.
Just when I thought I would come back to TVR ownership.
Looks like I will just have to wait a year or two for them to sort this one out, yet again.

I think you will find that TVR have only rushed production of the Dealers demo's (to meet demand)and therefore the plexiglass window will not be fitted to any customer vehicles....
