Have just returned from the dealers after finalising the spec.
I have gone for the Targa version. Danielle at the factory said that they will be here very early in the new year.
Went for a Ferrari colour of Rosso Fiorano, with Anthracite wheels.
Interior of Anthracite full hide with Nimbus inserts, and slate lamonta Headlining.
Should look like the dogs dangles
Off to the pub tonight to sink a few

Nigel - good stuff, Sir! Is that the same colour as the one you're showing at the mo on your profile?

Do the Tamoras have that clockwise v. anticlockwise thing re. speedo v. rev counter?

What made you change? Are you keeping the current beastie and if not is the deal ok?

The colour on my Tamora is Widefire Red Pearl, it is very similar to the Rosso Fiorano I have choosen.
What made me change? It wasn't that I didn't like the Tamora, far from it. The new T350 though, just blew me away. I really do think that they are onto a winner with it.
No, as much as I would love to keep the Tamora, unfortunately it has to go back. I feel that they have done me a cracking deal though.

Nigel;

When you bought the Tamora, did you consider any alternatives? Say Boxster S for example?

Despite the advice of automotive therapists (like Domster, a doyen of this forum!), I just can't shake my lust for Tivs. And this new 350 of yours is, well, gorgeous!

Can you give me an unbiased (if poss!) mini-review of the car's strenghths and weaknesses in terms of day to day usability and the 'holy sh1t' factor?

I just LOVE the interior shots I've seen...I'm starting to dribble!

I didn't really look at any other cars, as I went from a Griff to the Tamora, and had already got the Tiv bug. However, I did look at the Boxster and the SLK before buying the Griff, but they seemed To sensible somehow,if you know what I mean, and as the cars were going to be second cars (Toys!), the everyday practicability etc didn't really come into it. So,I went for the Griff. the Boxster and SLK, somehow didn't have that factor.
Having had the Tamora for several months though, I would say most definately, it would be a good everyday car, it is very easy to live with, and apart from a few early trim niggles, has been mechanically spot on.
What part of the UK are you based? Have you had a drive in a Tamora?

I've just come back from Sainsbury's, where I had a devil of a job deciding between a French Stick or Ciabatta, with a Parma ham or blue cheese interior. Butter or Flora Pro-active? I couldn't decide on this, so I posted on the manufacturers web site for advice. Finally got it sorted though and I'll let you have feedback after lunch.....

Nigel, Have you ordered through Castle again? Ian told me that they had ordered a Ferrari Grey one as a demo car, can't wait to see it!

Yes, went through Castle's again.
Their demo is due in about the 2nd week in December, so Ian was saying, so will be good to se a finished version showing number plate/rear window/fuel cap arrangements etc etc.
Are you thinking of going for one?

I wouldn't mind getting one but it won't be until late 03' and of course I would have to get rid of the Griff that may be a bit tough.
