Anyone got an OBD port like this?

I don't think you can get that to work with any normal OBDII readers, as the ECU doesn't support the standard protocols. Almost all cars have the TVR / MBE 3-pin plug near the steering column which you use to connect to a laptop using the TVR or EvoOllie's software. Best to just use that connector.
It looks like the below:
(So white+green, white+red & black+white wires)
I think the same wires are there in the OBDII plug, as some have rewired to connect there when they can't find the 3-pin plug, but easiest to just use the 3-pin plug if it's present on your car.

Hi Matt. I don’t have the 3 pin plug, this is the port so I suppose I need to find which wires to use and rig it up to a 3 pin one, or change it to 3 pin?It looks like the below:
