Was planning on taking the Tamora for a run out today but the battery was dead as a dodo - that's despite a 120 mile round trip last Sunday.

Poor on my part, but the Anderson jump leads and locking wheel nut are in the boot. I 'think' I know the emergency way to open the boot, but I'd really appreciate someone sending me a mail to confirm.

Anyone help ?

Sorry, I can’t help with the way in, but would suggest that you considered getting an Accumate or equivalent. I had similar problems when I first got my T350C. The car could have a 150 mile run and would then stand in the garage for 6 days and it would struggle to start. If it was left more than a week, the battery would be flat. Once I got an Accumate, no worries! As soon as I get back from a run in the car, I plug the Accumate into the cigarette lighter socket and it’s ready for the next time I want to use it.
Hope you get sorted out OP. wavey

I'm almost ashamed to admit I do have a battery conditioner, fitted with an auxiliary plug for the lighter socket - I just didn't bother plugging it in after last weekend's run.

That'll teach me..

If the Anderson lead is still fitted to the battery you should be able to jack the car up and connect to the pins with crocodile clips of a charger.

The Anderson socket is still in place (surprisingly clean) and yes, a croc-clip solution would have got me out of jail.

In the end, I had a cigarette lighter plug going spare which I connected to a 12v power supply. Plugged it into the socket in the cubby by the gearstick which meant I could open the boot and retrieve the jump leads.

Also discovered why the battery had died - interior light had been left on. What a plum !

On charge now, hopefully the battery isn't kaput although it was down to ~5v.

Had you left it on or was one of the door microswitches not activating?

The door had been left on the first latch (ie not fully closed) after I'd re-glued one of the rubber end caps.

The rear section of the hood was up and I hadn't realised the interior light was on. Entirely down to me for not checking or looking back as I flicked the lights off in the garage.
