Mine cracked after smashing into a pothole on a main road a few years back. wasn't like that tho.
When the screen is out; if its like a Tamora- you'll see a series of mild steel flat plates which are rivetted to the A pillar. Mine were quite rusty so i replaced them while it was out.
You can get stainless steel replacements, but they are just cut from flat plate and not bent. Recently had to find a screen for my Tuscan.
It took some doing!! Tried ALL the usual suppliers including the TVR specialists....All NIL stock.
In the end located one at Hexham Horseless Carriages. The owner, Tony Abrahams was very helpful in getting it down to Southampton working with National Windscreens (Used to transporting glass components!!).
However, I had a back-up with proprietor of a TVR parts 'emporium' near Frankfurt who had several in stock and was prepared to get it to a 'good' glass fitter near(er) the French border...He was very helpful - - Google TVR parts near Frankfurt if you get stuck.

However, as far as I know Eckhard has no T350 screens left.
It's difficult to say conclusively but I think there may be more than one factor at play here.
Top-to-bottom cracks in that part of the windscreen do suggest stress fracture. This is usually characteristic of the windscreen being strapped in when fitted (some fitters will literally bend the glass using a ratchet strap to make it fit better). Once the glass is set in this (now stressed) position, any applied force like jacking, hitting a pothole, or twist due to uneven terrain could result in a fracture. Some 'screens will even crack at the slightest stone impact because of this.
The A-pillar plates may even have corroded and pushed the screen away from the frame. My eye was drawn to what looks like the top of the windscreen jutting out in the corner:
I'd also say the inner layer of glass has cracked, not the outer.
It will not be the shape of the windscreen. The Mutilasi branded 'OE' windscreens fit very well. It's aftermarket copies that usually don't fit (which is why I don't get involved in fitting them). Whilst we have to remember, it is TVR and no car will be symmetrical, the Tiv branded screens are never usually a problem. Only the fitting, or the car.

My screen on my Tamora is broken in the inside lamination on the top corner, down through the 'black'. In my case, it looks to me if a passenger has used the screen top as a handle to get out the car (prior to my ownership)... purchased both the S/S inserts and screen from Xparts earlier this month to replace it.
