The driver's door in the T350c doesn't seem to know if it's closed. When I press the buttons (both inside and outside), the window does not go down, when I close it, the window does not go up. On the other hand, the car doesn't indicate that the door is open either by a dash warning.

Where is actually the sensor that detects the door opening? Is there one? Or how does it work? Or just an earthing problem?

I don't need to mention that everything was still working normally this morning!

The door has now healed itself for the time being. If I press the button, the window goes down again and if I close the door, the window goes up again. What it is, I do not know.

I suspect one of these latches, triggers the mechanism or not?

Morning!
First, I'd check the micro switches behind stainless beauty cover over the door catch in B pillar.
They have an 'arm' which operates the switch contacts - this can become dislodged or needs a tweak with snipe nosed pliers to make doubly sure the switch 'makes' on door shut.
However, it may point to an 'unhappy' door ECU....these can be sent away for refurb'.

Thanks Nick, this is helpful. Regarding the door ECU a changed both sides but this did not help, so I assume it is not an ECU fault.

I will check, however I had hoped not to be forced to unscrew the tiny screws of the plate sometime… frown
