Air conditioning belt

I can't find the adjuster to enable the changing of the belt.
Anyone help?

To replace the belt, I always had to remove the lower drive wheel because the belt is too wide to be threaded over it.

To do this, I had to loosen the four screws that secure the drive wheel. The space to the front is extremely tight. I ended up using a mini ratchet to put the appropriate bit in.
