Battery changed out. Housekeeping/maintenance whilst off?

When I recently replaced my T350 battery I selected a battery with a different post layout such that the +ve terminal is away from the engine. Cables reached easily. Later Sags may be like this anyway.
It's worth checking the bolt that acts as the ground conductor through into the cabin. You will need two people otherwise tightening the nut within the battery bay could loosen the bolt on the cabin side.

This link may be interesting, certainly made me change my battery type when it was time to replace it. From your photo it looks like the cables are plenty long enough.
