Hello,
Hope someone will be in order to answer my question.
Exhaust Camshaft Problem and need to change two figer followers.
Do you know if it's possible to take off the timing cover in front of the engine without get the total engine out ?

Did the job last Winter. Engine out is the only way! Changed inlet Camshaft and to be sure all the Fingers. 2 Fingers had some pitting.

Had to change the exhaust Manifolds also. Were cracked, so no MOT!

Very vital is the Timing. Follow the excellent "book" of Pete. If you take care of his Remarks you will succeed. Succes it takes some Weeks!

Please note that you put the Finger Follower shaft in the exact Position. Otherwise no Oil on the new Fingers
