Discussion
It is worth doing a one off direct metal laser sintering run to make one?

There was a thread on here many moons ago where someone had made a batch of new hinges for the glovebox lid. My T350 lid is a terrible fit. Does anyone know if new hinges are still available to cure this problem?
Hi Pete, I think the chaps web name is THREEFISHORANGE. He made them in batches, so perhaps he might have the odd one left.TVRMs said:
Our lid became “twisted” over many years and wouldn’t sit right. Now fits perfect after some work by HHC - done at the same time it was in for a service.
Thanks. They probably just replaced it with a new one.
They come as bare fibreglass units which then need the original covering gluing back.
I'll ring HHC to see if they can supply bare units.

Will do
Could be a good excuse to have a blast up to Hexham.
They do tend to become slightly distorted and warped over time, i have stuck a one inch thin strip of velcro top and bottom on the right hand corner to encourage it to stay in position and prevent it from springing up at random Could be a good excuse to have a blast up to Hexham.
