Tamora Window Adjustment

I have the door cards out and have sussed height and horizontal left and right adjustment. However there is a gap between the bottom front of the window where the glass is not reaching the seal when the door is shut. The glass needs to move away from the door skin towards the interior of the car when the door is shut.
So the question is how? Is there any tilt adjustments on these?
