Tyre pressure for winter storage
Discussion
There are two types of flatspotting from storage.
One type will be lessened only a little by increasing the tyre pressure. This type will also not usually be permanent.
The other type will be made worse by increasing the tyre pressure. This type will be permanent.
Which type you will get depends on the materials used.
I wouldn’t increase the tyre pressure.

I’ve never increased the tyre pressures on either of my TVRs when SORNing over winter and I’ve never had any problem with flat spots. Admittedly, when I pop into the garage every couple of weeks I will push the car forward a few inches and then in another couple of weeks push it back a few inches. Then repeat throughout November to early April.
