Near side door rubber end cap for TVR Tamora replacement

Good evening , i am from Italy , I am owner of a Tvr Tamora 3.6 Speed six engine , i am searching a replacement of the driver near side door rubber cap of my tamora , mine is flaking off as seen in the picture





Anyone can help me to find it?
i saw racetech and TVR Parts but they doesn't have

Pretty much impossible to find them at the moment. No one makes them and not much interest to do so as it would be very expensive to make the tooling and not many Tamoras on the road to sell them to. Is this a unique to Tamora item? Not found on T350 or Sagaris?
