Hi all!
Got back my Sagaris after a long time (full engine rebuilt).
Did already 2000km in it, so it worked fine.

Now the engine will not start any more. Battery full charged, starter motor is turning and sounds good, but there is no ignition. I do not smell petrol and I do not hear the pump priming after starting, but i do not know, if this pumpsound cames from the powersteering or the fuel pump.

Fuse fuelpump checked

No errors shown on the dash

Any ideas?
Cheers josef

Check all the other fuses. The fuse identified for the fuel pumps on Tamy is not the one it uses on the board. Tamy has one 30amp fuse for two pumps and the power steering pump!

Is the immobilser off?

Hi!
I parked quite stupid the door opens just 30cm, so checking only one fuse, means one week hospital...must get the car out of the garage before...

Immobiliser is off, i can turn on the starter motor and its working fine. As i do not smell unburned fuel, i guess some is wrong with that.

I can go through all the fuses and check them, but what else could it be?

Under the bonnet just in front of the engine there is a grey relay Sticking out of the loom that controls the power steering pump. If you pull this out you will be able to hear if the fuel pump is priming. If it’s not priming it could be the relay fuse or a faulty pump. If it is priming you need to look at the ignition side of things.

Mmmmm, there's a problem with PH images, the above images should be clickable (twice to go big)

Could it be the inertia fuel cutoff trip?
