Had mine since March but it was built last September/October. Apart from a couple of niggles with the dash read-out which are now sorted it has been brilliant. 10,000 miles on the clock now and it's getting smoother and more responsive all the time. My best TVR so far, if not as comfortable (due to the very, very hard ride which is a consequence of the handling package)as the Griff or Cerbera. Most of it is extremely well built but TVR have let themselves down with the trim quality really compared to the other cars I've had. Only TVR know the real sales figures and you will never, ever get the truth out of them.

I'm here too! Mine is overdue it's 6000 mile service - to be arranged for mid-October - I can't bear the thought of being without it, so it's now on 6500 miles, but I've got a holiday booked in 2 weeks, so the car will go in then. I agree with previous comments - so fast it's scary, mechanically 100%, great fun, and just a few minor trim niggles.

Had it since March (4,000 miles) and LOVE IT !!!
Took it to France a few weeks ago (with a friend in a Chim) and lost count of the admiring glances/comments.
Best quote so far was a member of staff in Comet who came running out into the car park and said "that is by far the coolest car we have ever had in our car park" !!
Once the noisy valves clearance have been adjusted I will be even happier (if that is possible). It seems to get quicker and quicker the more I drive it.

Mine was one of the first 2 customer cars out of the factory on Jan 18th.
I've done 8,500 miles now and use it daily.
No complaints at all, loving it!
Cheers... Andrew

... and the DVLA. OK a handful may have been sold abroad - at least one in Germany - but chances these guys would be on PH.

The Members Cars directory shows 26 PHers with (or expecting) Tamoras.

Funny thing is that there are at least 2 owners on here who have rated their cars as 'Average'. How guted I'd be to spend 40 grand on an average car

That maybe because things have gone wrong with them. If you had, say a Griff, before with no troubles and then you had a Tamora that broke down then you wouldn't be very happy. That can happen with any make of car. Once owned a Mondeo that went wrong more than all my TVR's put together.... I will never spend my own money on another Ford. Having said that I have just had my new Focus TDci company car delivered and I'm very impressed. A bit plasticy inside but it feels quite well built.
