How best to repair this chip please?

You could give it a try with a touch up pencil (light coats, left to dry to build up and some delicate polishing) and if not happy, then get it done professionally.
I've had a couple of Reflex Charcoal pencils from tvrpaint.com but their website looks knackered now (last one I bought was last year and it was only something like £15. No use if they are no longer trading I know - sorry).
Looking at the other site mentioned I didn't see a tounch up pencil option though but there may be something available...

The Shop section has TVR Reflex touch up pencils, but Reflex Charcoal is not listed. Though they have a link to the other tvrpaint.com site where I bought my Reflex Charcoal pencils.
Worth a try. I think if you get one you will be able to sort it yourself with a little patience and work...
