Tamora chassi refurb

Did a full body off chassi refurb on my Chimaera a few years ago as a winter project ,thinking of doing the same with my Tamora .Looking around the car there don't look much difference, can't find any information on here has any one tackled this job .Any help would be appreciated so as to not make any silly/costly mistakes.
Hi, yes i will be doing it my self had my Chim chassi done at a company at Ella airfield nr Beccles always open to recommendations.The only bolts i'm not sure about are the ones neat the gear lever. Can't find any information on here anywhere unless i'm not looking in the right place.
It sounds like the Tam is the same as the Tuscan then (no surprise really) the bolts you refer to need the trim pulling back from behind the gearstick on the console and glass fibre cut, but it took a couple of goes on mine before finding the right place.
I used a company called Blast Power just outside Diss. They do everything on site from the blasting - funnily enough to whatever coatings and finish you want. Had very good service from them including regular photos of progress.

Made a start today on getting the body off,going in to this a bit blind as all my searches have drawn bit of a blank. First job get garage clean an d tidy. Found two bolts on top of the tunnel,after removing the dash . hopefully these are the only two ??????.If any one knows other wise please let me know. If people are interested will stick more photo's up as i go.

Unexpected free time this morning thought i would get the car ready for next weekend , lifted the body up 3-4 inch so as to check everything is disconnected and all is looking good. Wasn't sure about taking the exhaust manifolds off but thankfully the body will come past them. Looks like it should have 4 wheel drive.[url]
Have phoned blast power several times all i get is the answering machine but will keep trying,spoke to a company near Colchester do a lot with Tvr's but the y were thinking about £1500 . Which is way more than i paid last time . From what i can see it doesn't look like it will want any welding.

Couple of hours spare today got the body of and the chassi in the garage ready to start stripping it down this week.
Don't like the way the fuel lines are just left to flap around on top of cover.
Have left a message with Blast Power but as yet no reply.
Has any one fitted the poly bushes that Tvr parts sell,if so what do you think of them,or would you stick with the original bushes??

I used poly for the diff only. Last winter, I replaced every wishbone bush, drop link and ARB on the Tam with OEM parts from Power, followed by a full Geo. The ride quality was improved enormously compared to the 13 year old originals, and felt supple and compliant, making the car more enjoyable on our crappy roads.
Just pop the new bushes in the deep freeze for an hour to two to help when pressing back in.

Thank's ,that's a good tip,thinking i might try the poly bushes haven't made my mind up yet.Had a good day in the garage today,apart from the oil pipes being a complete baxxxd to get undone all went well.
Decided to take the gearbox of first before lifting the engine out,the engine just fits through the gap with only a few mill to spare.
After that made a start on stripping the suspension of,only had time to do one corner,if all go's well tomorrow might get finished.
