Having let the car roll back into a trailer, there's now a deep scoop (about 5x3cm)in the bodywork behind the rear wheel arch. Does anyone know where I can have this seen to up north properly? It will obviously require grp and spraying, and I dont want a shoddy job doing.

My local paint shop did a lovely job on my car for it's scraped front end recently - they are insurance approved repairers, and I imagine can fill and paint with the best of them. But they're in sunny South Yorkshire - not ideal for you.

well, it mightn't be too far for me to travel - I'm in cheshire. Wherabouts in yorkshire are they? I'd be grateful for any details.

They reside in a place called Laughton-en-le-Morthern, between Rotherham and Worksop. I know them very well, and they are conscientious and cost-effective. It's a small outfit, and always busy with insurance work, but I'm sure a job for cash would interest them.
