Fuel tank baffle foam.
Discussion
Has anyone fitted baffle foam in the fuel tank?
I've seen it mentioned in the Varley book to stop the fuel sloshing around and also you can fill the tank up without it splashing back.
Want I wondered is whether you can fit it by removing the fuel pump and stuffing it in through the hole? If not then how do you fit it?
Any thoughts? Cheers.

On my kit car I used fuel tank cubes. You get loads of them and force them in through the filler cap. They would even go through the fuel pump nozzle hole on these cars. I did however have to fit a dip tube fuel sensor that was enclosed so that fuel gauge still worked. Not sure how the fuel gauge sensor is on the T cars and whether it would stop that working?.
Are you having fuel starvation issues then?

Thanks for that.
I have no fuel starvation at this point but the gauge varies by about ten litres when driving around a corner so I'm worried about the crap in the bottom of the tank being picked up.
I would also like to be able to fill the car up at a reasonable speed without fuel splashing out.
