interior door lock button - should it light up?

Nope, mine doesnt!

Manual also says it should "pulse" every 10 seconds to show its locked. Nope again!!

i have a 02 tammy and the door lock illuminates all the time,flashes when you alarm her and then goes out. Of course they have probably changed the format but mine definately lights up

Cheers for in the info guys. Bit more confused now as I noticed my does glow very slightly (like the window buttons when the lights are off).

ah window buttons only light up when head lights are on, more confuseon
