Anyone know of any issues with 2004 T350s? I am thinking of buying the ex demo from Gatwick TVR (having had a Tuscan SP6 with one or two problems over the past 18 months) and don't want to get caught unawares again.

Any help much appreciated.

Nothing in particular. Just make sure it's been treated carefully while warming up. They seem mechanically solid. Shouldn't be any odd rattles or noises. Just the odd slightly iffy trim quality issues on mine (glue, gearlever gaitor, rear light clusters misting up).

I will vouch for Gatwick looking after the car, I have seen how they wth their cars, very careful. This is why when my new car is arriving in march, they are doing the first 1000miles running in for me.

My mate "Bomb" has one but I don't think he can coax it above 75mph? I did wonder if the handbrake got stuck on that model? The seats are a bit unsupportive (unless you are shaped like me mate "Bomb" - who also pads the seat with £10-notes)

Get a Porsche - that's where the smart money goes.

Is that why you bought a Merc.

As regards the 75mph Vmax... tell him there are another 4 gears after first.

Porsche is next - hope to get rid of the C43 this year. If I tie Bomb's car on to my rear bumper - It'll be the fastest he's ever gone.

Popped into Mole Valley and they have apparently a 2004 54 T350 done under 1,000 miles, coming at £34,950, which seems good value, when the earlier demos seem to up at £36,950.
