Spare the car please! Is this your DAB aerial?
It is Maddog, have agonised for ages as to where the aerial should go, and the boot is the only viable place, and Mongoose is very good with electrics and stuff, whereas I can make something not work just by looking at it at a pace of 100 yards!!
'Tis done , thanks to Mongoose, I now have DAB!! And no aerial on the outside too, so no drilling holes on the bootlid!
We had fun, wasn't easy, and the less said about the siren from the alarm going off every 30 seconds, the better!!! lol
Cheers mate
(about that reversing camera I want to install,,,,,,,,,!)

How did you do it then. I really want DAB but dont want ugly aerial!
The DAB aerial is tucked in the cavity on the right side of the boot, near the bootlid,, the reception is just as good as if the aerial is outside (we checked this thouroughly).
We used double sided sticky pads to attach the DAB unit to the side of the CD multichanger in the boot, this is good for 2 reasons, the first is that it looks very inobtrusive, and secondly, the rubber flap protects the unit.
We only had to drill one small hole in the bulkhead (fibreglass is VERY thick!) to run the DAB cable through the transmission tunnel down to the hide away unit for the sat nav which is under the passenger side dash. A very neat job, and no wires showing anywhere!
