The driver’s side window starts to shake and I get quite a bit of wind noise in my T350C when I go over 80 mph.
Any ideas how to stop it?????

There should be a small wedge stuck to the underside edge of the rood where the window goes up to, this directs the window inwards to give a better seal at altitude My door seals are silent at 150mph, pity the targa seals start to whistle at 120 (they act as a speed warning for the girlfriend )

If you have these wedges then your door/window may need adjustment by the dealer (probably DIY but I've never needed to investigate).

I had this same problem - really does distract from the driving....

The source of the problem is that the roof moulding around the drivers side window is different to that on the passenger - if you look you will see that there is a bigger 'gap' for the window to fit in on the drivers side than on the passengers side, and therefore does not allow as 'tight' a fit... OK, its not the entire reason, but it is a big percentage of the cause!! We checked several of the other cars at my dealer, and they all had the same difference in molding between the two sides.

My dealer said it is not possible to cure entirely, but at my 6000 mile service they fitted some rubber wedges as decribed above and this has improved things a great deal..

I taken a look and I do not have the rubber wedges!
Has anybody made these rubber wedges and if so what did you use to make them?

My car is an early 2003 model and doesn't have the wedges, but does have the rattles. A call to the dealer first thing in the morning I think. Are they an easy item to fit etc ?

See, all you had to do was search for 'drivers side window' and you would have found this:

Been it touch with a dealer and they have never heard of rubber wedges, they put inserts into the rubber seal.
Also phone the TVR factory and they have never heard of these rubber wedges?
Anybody made their own and if so what did you use?
