Been having a problem, over the past few weeks with the squirty wipers.

Whenever I use them, after a couple of squirts the tube is coming off the tank. Then as the spigotty bit is at the bottom of the tank all the fluid drains out onto the road.

I wondered if anyone else has had this?

It looks like the pipe has expanded a bit at the end where I shove it back on. So should I cut the end off and try again with unexpanded pipe, or try and zip tie / gaffa tape / glue it on.

Either that or is there just too much pressure in the system causing it?

Not the easiest part of the car to get to to do much with.

Cheers.

Had this, the heat of the engine expands the hose and it pops off. Just zip tie it in place. I've had no problms since.

Ta.

Just tried a zippie, so will see if it works.

Could only find a big fat tie, but it seems to have tightened up ok.

A length of fuse wire twisted on does the same job and is less conspicuous. Rich...

Seems to have held on over some extensive testing over lunch.

Have just found some much smaller zip ties, though so might give one of them a whirl.

I had this problem. Came off in two places.
1. On connection at bottom of bottle
2. T-Piece on inner wing near exhaustt pipes.
Dealer fitted spring clips under warranty. No problem now
