dash settings lost when wipers used
Discussion
Hey guys.
Just over one week in on the T350 and loving it. Had a few 'gremlins' pop up which Ive been able to deal with (usual door rattles, squeeks etc). But this is a new one that has got me stuck.
Was out last night and it started to rain. Flicked the wipers and the dash lights come on full bore and the indicator beep returned. Checked the settings, they were still at 95% lights, 0% beep. To reset I pushed the numbers back to 100% and then down again to my settings. All ok until I used the wipers again. Everytime the wipers complete a sweep, the dash lights and beep revert back to 100%, even though the settings still read 95% for dash, 0% for beep.
Any ideas??
Cheers,
Andrew.

I think its the rain!
In the wet, the green back lights go out on the analogue dials after a few miles (at night obviously when I've got my lights on) on my Tamora.
Can live with it though as the digital readouts have got everything you need.
Give your dealer a ring. Would be a pain to take it in if you can sort it over the phone.

I haven't really found a way to bring the dash lights back on. Sometimes turning the ignition off will do it but only for a few miles. I've just noticed it never happens in the dry!
One of these days I'll get a dealer to sort it out.
Sorry I can't be of anymore help but I'll let you know if I find the problem.
