Collected my new T350C from TMS today.
All I can say is wow!!!
I've got a feeling that I'm just going to love this car, it's got soul and real character.
And the noise it makes with the ACT back box is music to the ears (who needs a stereo), especially when it crackles and pops on the over-run.

Admoss and martinp, how you getting on with your new cars?

I just want to give a big thank you to TMS. If anyones thinking of getting a car there I can't recommend them enough. They gave me a great p/ex on my old car, loaned me a car for the w/e, arranged two factory visits, and the valet, PDI, preparation of my car was faultless. And before anyone asks, no I don't work for them. They got my business because they strike me as a genuine bunch of guys who are enthusiastic about TVR. Speak to Jeremy or Toby.

If you are anything like I was when i got mine 2 months ago your get withdrawal symptoms when your laying in bed and can't sleep.
I've lost count how many times I've sneeked out at gone 12 am for a blast around the empty road at night its very addictive.
It was less than 3 weeks before my car was back to the dealer for its 1000 mile sevice

If I do that in the middle of the night I don't think I'm going to be very popular with the neighbours!
I know what you mean though, after two drives today it was very hard to put it away and leave it.

Absolutely loving it! 200 miles covered so far.

Only one niggle - if I turn on the air con the heater fuse blows (took 2 fuses before I worked that one out). Will get it sorted at the 1000 mile service. Apart from that I can't fault the car and no sign of the excess glue that people were complaining about just a few months ago.

My wife has a niggle with it as well - she can't get me away from it. I did wash the house front windows this morning but only so that I could keep admiring it (she rumbled me in the end...).

I took some photos of it in Windsor Great Park this morning which was almost deserted but everyone who walked by (ok, both of them) came over to ask about the car.

Still

Hi Dave

Just looked at your car, very nice.
No need to worry, mine is Sunset Pearl with navy centre stripes and anthracites.
I'll get a pic on my profile asap.
Thanks for the invite to the meet, but it's a bit to short notice. I shall try and make the East Midlands ones every month.

Glad to read that Ballistic. TMS staff are Fkin' excellent.... If I do say so myself. Keep comin' back, they DO look after you. No I don't work for them either LOL. Next time you go in, have a chat to Paul in servicing, he's brilliant, dead nice bloke, forgotten more than I'll know etc.. Not seen your T350. But didn't you fancy the Cham Green Targa. I do love that car every time I see it...and they've just knocked 3 grand off it. Sh*te this sounds like a fkin advert lol. GL with the 350 m8. Just out of curiosity did you get the blue one with white stripes ?

Hi Sc077y
I've already got to know Paul, I believe he is the workshop foreman and he also races Tuscans. He is very knowledgeable and took me out for a lengthy test drive in the Red Bull blue car with white stripes when it was their demo car. I was actually there when the new proud owner drove it away, anyone on here?
You can now see my car in my profile.
