Just came back from The TVR centre Barnet who were launching the new Tuscan 2 which was fantastic...

While i was there in the process of ordering a new Sagaris i noticed the special offer they had which also applies to any stock they've got too.

0% interest free on new and used Tams and T350's for the weekend only but was told would be extended until next week... sounds too good to miss!

Serious??!

We could all chop in current financed models and get new one with cheaper monthly payments if they do 0% interest!?!!

As you say - too good to miss!

just dealer subsidised finance, instead of giving you a discount the dealer subsidises the finance rate

No free lunches and all that

The saving on the finance will be far greater than any discount given believe me.. TVR mostly give you a couple of cheap optional extras instead.. but all the new ones come fully loaded and with air-con too.. so to save the interest on a 40k car which is loaded would definitley be worth it...

Very very tempting, but, I must say that I waouldn't part with my Tam now, as it's worth more than money to me, and I have never seen cars as a way of making money, but just enjoy them, especially once they have been fettled to exactly how you want it. Oh yes, it runs like a dream also, which is nice!

Trust me, the finance subs. comes out the dealer margin on the car (guessin but I reakon they have £5-6k to play with), no extra money comes flying into the dealership UNLESS its a manufacturer offer.

Has the final version of the Tuscan 2 changed much from the one at the motorshow? Did you get any piccies of it?

No pics.. the only changes i noticed were to the interior which has now a smaller radio pod and air vents either side of it.. with the window buttons directly underneath the radio pod instead of next to the gear shift as original Tuscan... had a Tuscan s in reflex charcoal which looked fantastic and definitley an improvement to the old one.. the only criticism to the car would be the wheels... still using spyders which look slightly dated on this car!!
