Why was the T350 in the GT line up, along with Aston Martin and Bentley, and not, as I would have thought, in the sports car line up? I thought that was quite odd, and the German Mini is voted the best british car!!! What's going on????

Indeed bizarre

As for best car. Well obviously it was going to be the mini. There weren't going to give a DB9 away

Yeah I thought it strange that TVR didn't feature in the Sports car section. CK

Can only assume it's an honour for the T350 to be put in the same category as the Aston and Bentley. But if they were looking for a similar GT-type car shouldn't they have chosen the Typhon (or even Cerbera) for its rear seats!

And as for "Sports Car" their criteria seemed to be a two-seater convertible so surely the Tamora should have been included!

"...and if you want something less eccentric (than the T350) there's the Noble".

What on earth is that all about ????

I was painting at the time and I thought the fumes had made me think they were talking total b0ll0cks.

Surely one criteria of a Grand Tourer should be that you are able to carry some luggage. My memory of the Noble was only enough room for two passengers and a CD box! A great tourer for nudists perhaps?

it is a great shame that a car programme like 5th gear, supposedly made by enthusiasts spouts such utter tosh as fact.

i watch it for a giggle as they do talk c££p for most of the program, but they weren't going to give a TVR or Bentley away were they

Is it me, or does anyone else think that both 5th Gear and Driven 'seem' to be in the pockets of both Porsche and BMW??
last night's episode was a complete joke, no true petrol head could ever take slack journalism like what was witnessed seriously!!

Just watching it now... did they get a dodgy batch of cannabis or something??? Noble M12, T350, Bentley Continental GT and AM DB9 in same class???

Definitely should complain to their dealer...
