OK, Guess what Chan's got me for my borthday next month????

She's only gone and booked my Tam into TVR Power to have a sports exhaust fitted!!!!! , a Racing green exhaust apparently, as when the guy asked her what type, she said' one that you can hear!', is this the right one, I only want to hear louder pops and crackles on the over run?
I am a lucky guy!!!

OK, if it ever stops raining, that is!!!

She only told me in case I booked anything else to be done on my Tam, she doesn't seem to trust me!!

Nearly got whacked when I asked if she could add a Red Rose upgrade, as an Xmas presant though, life can be so unfair!!! lol

Think Mr Big has got a better deal. Even though we are not married, I am giving him half of my endowment payout towards his new Tuscan so he can still keep his Griffith, having spent only £9k on a new car for myself.

Still looking for that 'mug' tattoo.

To be honest I think we all need to thank our repsective partners for putting up with our passion for TVR ownership! Certainly I doubt I would have the patience!

From what Dream Machines said to me, I think the Racing Green one may be a bit too loud - he said customers have come back to have them removed, whereas the JP exhausts sound as though they just give you plenty of snap, crackle and pop.

Thanks for that Alex , I don't want a silly super loud exhaust, just the pops and bangs type, I'll make sure they fit the JP version, otherwise the noise may be too embarrassing!!!

LOL,,, nice being complimented in the Tam , better than blatent car snobbery I got when taking my son back in our Clio!!!!
What exhaust is on your's, Maddog? TVR Power said we could either have the JP exhaust, or the Racing Green varient, the latter being the louder of the two.

Humm no idea, its billed as a sports exhaust, it looks like it came off a t350, spends most of its life crackling and spitting. Sounds pretty awesome. Fueled up earlier and pretty much made the whole petrol station grin!

I had the "baked bean can" Racing Green exhaust fitted to mine and got dream machines to take it off. Having the jp exhaust fitted next week!

I think I may have the baked bean can. Why did you not like it?
