Tamora Interior Boot light

Does anyone know what model of Ford the interior boot light is from?, (the interior electronic boot catch is from a Ford Fusion + others).
Reason is just found out that my Tamora should have had one fitted, (wiring and cut out all there 2004 model) cannot be a**ed to go back to dealer to sort (miles away) just for a couple of ££ to buy.
