No secret I'm looking to buy a Tamora, have a couple that I'm looking at - its the usual decision criteria colour/interior, additional options (air con, wheels, stereo, leather etc) and mileage. Interested what the view is on depreciation given the mileage (per 1k miles).

If your starting point is an £28k for a 8,000 miles on the clock for an identical spec car with 18,000 miles - what would you reduce the price by for every 1,000 miles? £100, £200, £300 ??

Then I think should I really care - just buy the car I like the most !!! ... Thanks in advance.

Personally, I wouldn't be that bothered by mileage of the car (within reason).

I would go for the newest car you could afford, as the Speed 6 engine is improved continually.

Apart from that, then obviously its down to the colour/s, extras, etc.

Everyone on here says to go for a/c, although in 6 months of ownership & can honstly say I have only used it a couple of times.

p.s Mines a T350c not a Tamora.

Talking of depreciation.Did anyone else get a letter from the TVR Centre over the weekend, informing them of the changes to the Tamora / T350 range.

Aircon and Pearl paint now included with T350C / T, revised price, £38,500 and £40,500 respectively, + £750 Del.

Aircon Pearl paint and "18 spiders inc on Tamora revised price, £36,500 + £750 Del.

The letter stated that these models will have a limited life span of 500 models, with 90 T350's remaining and 180 Tamora's remaining. It also stated that this will firm up residuals? If you are like me and paid the full price for one of these models with the above options, then surely we will be out of pocket in terms of residuals?

Can anyone comfirm what is going on? With the Sagris and Typon delayed for quality checks, this only leaves the Tuscan in production. Is this the end of the line for the T350 / Tamora range???

Those are the same prices as before!

All the models are being stopped, either to replace or upgrade - I suspect they will end the Tamora, and revamp the T350, as it sells so well.

There will be a very exciting TVR stand at a motor show near you, very soon!! (Probably 2 years from now, all new models).
