Firstly......... Iv'e owned an S3, Chimaera 4.0 and a Griffith 5.0 .... and loved them but would not consider them as an everyday car, purely from a build quality perspective. I know this can debated, and have searched the threads through the forum.

I'm interested in knowing from people that use one as an everyday car (15K miles) their views on issues and whether it is a more reasonable car than the other models.

Unfortunately i don't know many T350 owners as I dropped out of the TVR scene, so can't ask. At present I have a Honda S2000 which performs outstandinly, but TVR is a heart thing

Cheers

We have just sold ours, but it was used as an everyday car for nearly 18 months. Didn't put a foot wrong and was very spacious and practical. What other TVR could you get 6 huge bags of bark chipping in?

I used a Tamora as an everyday car and now I don't own a TVR. The engine warmup period meant I was at work before it was ready to go, it was a pain in the arse to start everytime with the immobiliser not working properly. It would have been a great second car but not a good only car. Personally I'd go back to a V8 but not a speed six ... loved the lazy, low down power in the Chimaera.

Use mine everyday 4k since 3rd June. Would have been more but just had 2 weeks hols.
Only 2 miles to work, so doesn't get warmed up. Hardly ever get out of 2nd. It Doesn't matter it still sounds good at 2.5k-3k.

When school starts again will take offspring then have 8 mile round trip. Last 4miles are warmed up.

Occassionaly do a 20 mile round trip just for fun of it. By the way, I have close ratio box and don't have any problems pottering around, just means mostly 1st and 2nd. (But is'nt 2nd a long gear, just under 100)

Everyday car - do 50 miles a day and no problems - mechanical anyway.. (currently in Norway so especially important for me.!)

As Practical as a Hi-performance car of this type can be....
