Just seen this on ebay - no reserve and up to less than 18k so far - description says it needs paint, but still very cheap.
Who's feeling brave!? (and considerably richer than me )

with the paint done it would be worth about 20-22k privately, max.

I just sold a very similar car, a year younger with considerably less miles and would have snapped someones hand off at 26k.

Not sure I'd risk an S6 of that age and mileage.

but yer pays yer money...

20 mins to go and still 18k.

mmmmmm, Id better not get carried away.

Im also surprised that it was too fast for his wife but will consider a Griff 500 or chim 500 as a px, surely a 4.0 chim with pas would be more suited

Hi Guys! I was just browsing when I saw this thread, yep, i got it for £19k, just couldn't resist! I know it was a bit of a gamble with nearly 28k on the clock but it all seemed worth the risk. Not gone into this with my eyes completly shut, I've had two TVR's before, so know what to expect and I wont be parting with my Mondeo V6 just yet in case! Emptied the savings account and picked it up on Wednesday. Have clocked up a few hundred very pleasant miles in the last couple of days. All seems well mechanically, so far (touching wood....!) Has one or two of the reported normal Tamora faults, but I can live with them, apart from getting very frustrated with the roof in and out of the boot. Never that bad with my Chimera's! Need to go and see my local car hi-fi place though, the stereo really is crap, but the music from the six is good enough most of the time. Got to get the scratches sorted eventually, been given a rough estimate from the bodyshop my local TVR dealer uses, over the phone of £650. But I reckon more like £1000 when they see it. Not in a hurry though cause I live in Great Yarmouth and it'll probably have more by the end of the season Well anyway, if I can get the mechanicals to hold on (I'm informed an engine is iro £7k ) I reckon I should be ok when it's time to part company, which sadly won't be too long as I'm house hunting....

It means that a member has been given a special forum of their own! Ted usually puts someone in there for persistantly posting unacceptable comments. They cannot contribute to any of the forums until Ted takes them out of the Sin Bin again.
