Factory warranty - can someone remind me?

Is my warranty 2 years engine, 1 year body/everything else or was it the other way round?

Because the dealers I spoke to don’t seem to know you can buy it!

I bought mine direct from the factory. It is actually a very comprehensive warranty and in my opinion worth paying the extra for – I had a lot of things fixed that would not have been covered by normal aftermarket warranties.

I was told you can buy the extra year it at any time up until your car is a year old. I wanted to extend mine again, so I called the factory when my car was just under 2 years old and asked to extend it for another year, but they said they will only extend the warranty for one year.

So once your car is 2 years old you’re on your own.
