Big up for HL Gorner..!
Discussion
As a new TVR owner, I'm well aware of the fact that both the manufacturer and the dealers come in for a fair amount of stick for customer service...and rightly so from what I can tell.
However, as someone who works in the service industry, it's fair enough to get stick for making mistakes, but it's also good to get a pat on the back for doing things well.
Gorners bent over backwards to get the car in last week for a flat battery at short notice and they also sorted out all of the other little niggles that we've had with the car since picking it up - mainly cosmetic, but nonetheless they've done a great job. All done under warranty with no quibbles.
They also tuned the car and sorted out the slightly lumpy running. It now goes like stink and is superb to drive.
Big thanks to Dave in the workshop and anyone else who helped. Needless to say, our first few months with the Tamora have not been 100% trouble free, but the backup we've received from HL Gorner has been great. Obviously I'd recommend them.
