I have had my TVR T350c for just over a year now and driving it has been one of the most pleasurable experiences to date. However, to my dismay, personal circumstances dictate that I must sell. I have approach the dealer I bought it from, but to no avail, something about TVR have stepped up production of the T350's due to the pending launch of the new Tuscan.

Anyway, the advice I would be grateful for is where would be the best place to go/advertise my car in order that I get the best possible deal?

Any help would be much appreciated.

So try for a private sale. Just make sure you price it competitively - see what's already advertised on PH for example.

Also, some dealers will 'broker' your car for you (put it in their showroom and sell it for a fee). This way they get stock without the financial outlay.

Thanks for this.

I have got it on PH at £33,500. Used every day, hence 10000 miles. Competetive?

I will go back to the dealers to see if they will advertise. Thanks again.

Oh, I love Rolex blue - it was one of my top choices when getting my car. I think your car is worth every penny of that price. However, there are a few others at a very similar price, although they are all  grey (sorry, I'm not as keen on grey cars as Rolex Blue ones). If you must sell quickly then dropping the price is probably partly what to do. Also, try some other dealers, they might want the car.

Oh, and get some more sexy pics in the ad and write the ad with a bit more content and enthusiasm - when I sold my Chimaera on PH my ad was very long. Attracted loads of attention even though the car wasn't that cheap (13,495 for an N reg'd this March) - sold it within 2 days.

Don't forget you can also advertise on Autotrader etc. Yet again, use up their word allowance!

Thanks very much for your advice Trefor. I will amend the add.

I agree about the colour, the car looks even more stunning, if that is possible, in Rolex Blue.

Cheers again.
