Close Ratio Gearbox or not
Discussion
I have to confirm my options for the Sagaris next week as I shall be paying the rest of the deposit.
Do I order a close ratio gearbox? I am not sure what benifits it will give me. Also you can order a Hydrotrack diff, do you need this?
Your thoughts on these options two options would be appreciated?

Although hydratrack is regarded as useful in curbing the excesses of huge low-speed torque in Griffs/Chims (cue exciting sideways moments!) consensus from T350 owners is that std. diff is better with S6 engine's much lower low-speed torque as it gives more traction at low speed, & similar at high speed. IMO save your money & have more fun at low speed!
I have a close ratio box on my t350t, but seeing as I'm still running it in, I've no idea what it's going to be like when the engine is in it's power band.
Some things I have noticed (especially compared to my griff ) is that when in traffic, you can't really trundle along in 3rd gear, you have to constantly swap between 1st & 2nd to keep up with the traffic flow - but of course these cars aren't really at their best in traffic jams
I would imagine if you were in a position to order a sagaris and you intend taking it on trackdays, then the close ratio gearbox would be a welcome addition.
